Chara Nicole Swodeck is an exclusive Certified Wedding Consultant and Event Designer. She has been designing weddings and events since 1999 and has worked with some of Southern California’s premier event vendors and venues. Her uncompromising eye for detail and “out of the box” thinking guarantees your event will be handled with experience and expertise. She specializes in creating events for her clients that exude their personality and exceed their expectations.
She has a background in broadcast production and non-profit event planning, with a B.A. in Communication and Marketing from Azusa Pacific University. She taught the Wedding Consultant Certification Course at Cal Poly Pomona University for six years. She has served her community as President of Pomona PTAs (23 schools), Service Unit Manager of Pomona Girl Scouts (21 troops), City of Pomona Historic Preservation Commissioner, Founding President of the African American Advisory Alliance, member of the Fairplex Child Development Center Board of Directors, and has designed, managed, and collaborated with a ton of community engagement events within the community.
