The Designer

15% of estimated budget, minimum $5000

We offer complete guidance to the couple throughout the entire planning process, ensuring a seamless event.  We will assist in the following areas to ensure a memorable event from start to finish.

– Custom designed to support your planning needs, including Venue and Vendor selections/visits

– Unlimited guidance via phone and email

– Etiquette advice and/or guidance

– Thorough budget planning and tracking

– Assist in theme and color scheme selection

– Attend a majority of vendor meetings with you

– Assist with menu/beverage selection with the caterer

– Help select and order invitations (Invitation Design also available as A La Carte Design)

– Track guest responses (included in A La Carte Invitation Design)

– Assist with seating arrangements

– Offer guest assistance with gift registry, hotel accommodations, flight information

– Generate event timelines for all involved

– Manage vendor coordination, payments/tips, detailed schedules

– Wedding Party Emergency Kit

Custom Design Meetings

starting at $95 hour

You have the option of meeting with us on an hourly basis to discuss any items related to the planning of your event

– Vendor referrals

– Event site referrals

– Assist the client with theme and/or color scheme

– Assist with design timeline

Design My Day

minimum $2500

We provide this Month-Out service to facilitate and manage the logistical flow of your Wedding Day and Rehearsal. You have gone through the entire planning process and everything is now in orderyou would just like complete assurance everything will happen just the way you expected.

– 3 hours of meetings starting within 3 months of your event

– On-site Visit of Ceremony/Reception venue up to 1 hour

– Facilitate Rehearsal prior to the event

– Facilitate event, including coordination of vendors and payments/tips

– Assist in generating event timelines for all involved

– Assist minor event set up including favors, guest tables, etc.

– Additional hours available at Personal Design Meeting rate

– Vendor Visits additional

A La Carte

prices vary

– Invitation design and assembly starting at $4.50/invite suite and includes RSVP tracking, Tent Table Numbers

– RSVP Tracking starting at $200 (included in the custom Invitation Design Package)

– Vendor Visits starting at $120

– Dessert Station starting at $4.00/person (100 guests+) and includes Table Design, Cellophane Bags w/Ties, Dessert Attendant

– Pre-wedding events including Bridal Showers, Lingerie Party, Co-ed Shower (includes your groom), Bachelor and/or Bachelorette Parties custom pricing

– Unique and romantic Honeymoon get-a-ways custom pricing

– Hourly Coordination starting at $150

Prices may be altered based on services desired and event budget.  Pricing also depends on event location, number of guests and months in advance services are secured.  A 15% holiday surcharge will be added where applicable.  Additional fees may include travel and hotel expenses.
